CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or Reschedules within 48 hours: A charge of 50%of the service fee will be applied. • No-Show: A 50%fee will be charged of your total service • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee of 25% will be applied.
